Our strict procedures at OTL Sherbrooke and OTL Saguenay To protect the health and the safety of all our precious customers and employes, we meet and exceed all of the public safety standards issued by the INSPQ (National Institute of Public Health of Quebec); close monitoring of our employees and customers (covid-like symptoms: cough, fever, respiratory difficulties etc.: these individuals wont have access to the premises, for the safety of us all), strict sanitary measures (hydro-alcoholic distributor, continual hand washing, more frequent cleaning by the maintenance team), payment by phone or credit card on our terminal, social distancing (2m), closing all common areas until further notice. We will get though this, together ! At OTL we meet and exceed all of the strict standards put forward by the public health instance in Quebec, therefor we are open for new reservations. As life goes on, our governement is now gradually lifting the confinement measures. More experimented cyclist will opt for the entire tour of the lake; which could take up to a day or two, with much needed prepation time.
